Mass spectrometers
Mass Spectrometry, residual gas analysis with SRS quadrupole mass spectrometers. In RGA or Residual Gas Analysis you use a Residual Gas Analyzer to measure the partial pressures of different gases.
We build systems with SRS mass spectrometer as a component with range to 100, 200 or 300 amu, Faraday cup as standard and with software.
We also build systems for multi-gas leak detection with SRS quadrupole mass spectrometers. vacuum pumps, vacuum measurement Pirani/Penning, computer and the pumps in noise reduction box.
SRS Mass spectrometer
Range to: 100, 200 or 300 amu. Flange 2 3/4" CF Type of detector: Faraday cup as standard, CDEM (Continuous Dynode Electron Multiplier) as option.
Dual THO2/Ir filament
A library of different spectra helps identify substances.
Go or no Go mode.
Leak detection mode. Can be used as multi- gas leak detector.
Air spectrum.
